An empty shop turned into a modern three-section office. Partition walls, frosted glass, concealed wiring and LED lighting. Delivered in 20-30 days, Kemalpasa.
A business owner in central Izmir Kemalpasa wanted to turn an empty shop they'd bought into an office. The space had nothing but the exterior window frames installed. No partition walls, no finishes, no wiring. We had to start from a completely bare shell.
We surveyed the empty shop and worked out how the space would be used, then drew up a plan. The area would be split into three sections. A storage room and two separate offices. A drywall partition would separate the storage room from Office 2, while a glass partition. Keeping the space visually open. Would divide Office 1 from Office 2.
We built the partition walls and glass divider first, sandblasting the client's logo into both the shopfront glass and the internal glass partition between the two offices. Next we ran the electrical wiring and wired the LED lighting to the switches. Every cable is hidden behind the suspended ceiling and drywall partitions, with nothing visible. We wallpapered and painted the walls, and clad the TV wall in wood panelling and marble-look PVC panel. We designed and built custom cabinets for the office kitchenette.
The whole process, from survey to delivery, took around 20–30 days. On delivery day, the client told us the result exceeded their expectations. Thoroughly pleased with how a bare shell had become a functional, stylish office that reflects their brand.
