Bathroom Renovation
The quality of a bathroom renovation shows in the parts you never see once it's closed up. No tile looks good without proper waterproofing, plumbing and floor slope.

Built to Last in Wet Areas
A trouble-free bathroom for years starts with the right foundation.
What We Do
What's behind the wall matters as much as what's on it.
In old bathrooms, the real problem is usually hidden from view. Cracked waterproofing, a badly sloped floor, worn-out plumbing. That's where we look first.
- Demolition, debris removal and site prep
- Renewal of water and drainage plumbing
- Floor and wall waterproofing
- Tiling and mosaic application
- Fixtures, faucets and shower system installation
- Bathroom cabinet and mirror
- Spot and LED lighting
- Silicone, grouting and final cleaning
Process
Three stages, finished without you stepping out the door.
Survey & Measurement
We inspect your bathroom on site, check the state of the plumbing, and give you a clear price and timeline.
Demolition & Infrastructure
We remove the old covering and rebuild the waterproofing and plumbing from scratch. The unseen but most critical stage.
Finishing & Delivery

FAQ
Frequently asked about bathroom renovation
Is the survey free?
Yes. The survey and the quotation are free across Kemalpasa and the surrounding area. A bathroom has to be seen in person because the condition of the existing pipework, the fall of the floor and the state of the waterproofing can only be judged on site.
What happens to the old tiles and sanitaryware?
We remove them. Waste is bagged and taken down, and in apartment buildings the stairs and lift are protected beforehand. We do not leave debris outside the building for days, and the bathroom is handed over cleaned.
Why does the floor fall matter so much?
If the fall is wrong the water does not reach the drain and stands in the shower area. That brings two problems. The floor stays wet, which is a slip risk, and the grout is in constant contact with moisture, so it discolours far earlier than it should.
Is a shower enclosure better than a bath in a small bathroom?
In a tight space an enclosure is usually more practical, because a bath takes up most of the floor area on its own. A bath earns its place mainly in homes with small children. The door swing and the position of the existing drain also affect the decision.
What is the most common mistake in a bathroom renovation?
Focusing on the visible surfaces and skipping what sits underneath. Choosing tiles is the easy part; what determines how long a bathroom lasts is the waterproofing, the floor fall and the condition of the pipework.
How long does a bathroom renovation usually take?
For a standard bathroom, it typically takes 7 to 10 days from demolition to delivery. This can vary with size, material availability and the state of the plumbing. We give you a clear timeline after the survey.
Is the water supply cut off during the renovation?
The relevant line may be shut off briefly on the day plumbing work is done. We plan it so the rest of the house is not affected.
Is it mandatory to replace old plumbing?
It's not mandatory, but we recommend it. Old or corroded plumbing left under new tiling can turn into a hidden leak later. We assess its condition together during the survey.
Do you choose the materials, or do I?
We choose everything from tiles to fixtures together. We offer options across different budgets based on your needs, and the final decision is yours.
