How does a job in a distant district actually run?
Izmir is a large city and not every job runs with the same efficiency from every district. So we are open about how we work. In Kemalpasa and the surrounding area we take on work at any scale. In the other districts we handle the larger jobs. Bathrooms, kitchens, full apartment refits, offices and external wall insulation. On those, crew and materials are gathered into one programme and the work finishes without being broken up.
For a small single item we make an initial assessment first, by phone or from photographs on WhatsApp. Whether we can take it on is something we tell you clearly in that first conversation.

Is the survey charged in a distant district?
The survey is free. For larger jobs we travel regardless of the district. For small jobs, to save you time, we make an initial assessment first by phone or from photographs on WhatsApp, and arrange the survey after that if it is needed.
Does the price of renovation change by district?
What sets the price is the work itself. The scope, the material choices and the condition of what is already there. Because crew and materials for a distant district are gathered into one programme, distance does not appear as a separate line. A firm figure comes after the survey, in writing.
Do you also handle workplace fit-outs and interior renewal?
Both. A workplace fit-out covers shops, offices and retail units with the same scope. Partitioning, flooring, lighting and window displays. Interior renewal in a home means gathering paint, flooring, ceilings and doors into a single pass. Across Izmir we usually schedule workplace jobs outside trading hours so the business does not have to close.
