How We Work
How does a renovation run, from survey to handover?
We follow the same order on every job. The six steps below cover the path from the first call to handing back the keys.
First conversation
Call us or send a message on WhatsApp. A few photos of the space are usually enough to clarify the scope in the first conversation.
Free site survey
We measure on site and look at damp, the age of the pipework and the condition of the windows. We also talk through what might turn up behind the walls before anything starts.
Written scope and quotation
Every item of work is put in writing. The price and the schedule follow the survey and are based on that list, so nothing rests on a verbal agreement.
Choosing materials
Choices from tiles to taps are settled before work begins. Deciding mid job is the most common reason a budget runs over.
The work itself
Hidden work comes first. Tiling does not start until pipework, waterproofing and floor falls are complete. We keep you updated with photos at the stages that matter.
Handover
After the final clean we walk through the space together. The handover happens at the end of that walk.
Spaces Designed with Light
The light in the details turns a space into a home.
The right lighting, the right materials and flawless workmanship. The MOSTAR difference starts here.
Projects
Our work, in its own words.
We share the real projects we've completed, with the real process behind them. Each one covers the problem, the solution and the result. If you have a project in progress, we can talk right away.
